Modern, Fall Table with Pumpkins
Fall is here, which means pumpkin spice and cozy vibes everything! For our gathering table this month, we wanted to share a simple, yet modern way to celebrate the month of October. It wouldn’t be an October table without using pumpkins, but we wanted to use and showcase pumpkins in a new and different way. October is also the start of pumpkin spice season, and to counter the norm, we decided to highlight apple and cinnamon instead. All of the twists we added to the elements on our table make our table different, modern and very approachable to do at home! We even recycled the decor and efforts from our table to adorn our mantle. See how we put this table together via the images below. At the end of this post, we are also sharing a free printable of our recipe to homemade apple cider that you can share with family and friends. Happy October and Happy Fall!
THE INSPIRATION
For our table this month, we wanted clean and modern vibes inspired by the monochromatic tones of fall and its leaves. We chose to use pumpkins for our table and painted them in the monochromatic tones that we were inspired by to create a modern feeling. We have always found that cotton is such a good design detail that feels modern and cozy, so we also chose to incorporate that in our design.
CREATE THIS TABLE
The details of our table include pumpkins painted in a monochromatic palette, cinnamon sticks wrapped with twine, a recipe for homemade apple cider, cotton and candles to match. Be sure to see the Fall crafting projects we did, at the bottom of the post, to make this table come to life!
