A Holiday Table Two Ways!
Holiday season is here! Although we aren’t able to gather and celebrate the way we usually do, we can still gather beautifully and with intention with those in our households. For our gathering table this month, we chose to share not one, but two ways to make a holiday table work in your home. Whether you are modern or traditional, we will show you how to create a beautiful table for your family this season.

TRADITIONAL WINTER GREENS
When we think of putting together a holiday table, traditional Christmas greens immediately comes to mind. We put a modern spin on this traditional concept by pairing it with Black and White accents for a chic and modern vibe. We chose to use a light grey linen for our table to keep the table feeling modern and “cool”. In lieu of separate centerpieces, we chose to do a garland of Christmas greens with frosted acorns tucked within. We paired it with charcoal taper candles and tied off the ends of the garland with striped black ribbon to make it modern. For the table setting itself, we tied a bunch of Christmas greens together with messages of the season. When all the candles are lit up, you get nothing but magic on the table, which is the perfect atmosphere for gathering!
a modern and pink holiday table
We love a traditional Christmas table, but we also love doing a modern take on what would be expected of a Christmas Table! For our second gathering table, we chose to do a pink and gold holiday table. We used the same light grey linen from our traditional Christmas table, but paired this table with pinks and gold in accents, floral and flatware. For whimsy, we added some sparkly pink ornaments that we found from Target. For each place setting we created a mini wreath of seasonal greens with guest names on scrolls.
